Welcome to 'Spit-Ups and Sit-Ups,' our meticulously crafted prenatal and postpartum fitness class dedicated to empowering new parents and caregivers on their journey to reclaiming health and vitality. In this innovative one-hour session, we provide a supportive environment for safe and effective post-pregnancy exercise.

Our expert instructors guide participants through a tailored fitness regimen, emphasizing exercises designed for the unique needs of expectant and postpartum parents. We focus on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall stamina, fostering a sense of community among attendees.

Beyond physical workouts, 'Spit-Ups and Sit-Ups' promotes holistic wellness by encouraging social interaction, allowing parents to connect, share experiences, and build supportive networks. Join us on this transformative fitness journey to regain pre-pregnancy fitness levels and forge lasting connections with fellow parents.

Classes are adapted for prenatal and postpartum bodies, open to all new parents and their babies of any fitness level. Feel free to bring baby gear, including strollers, as we have ample space. During class, babies can relax in their strollers, play on the provided baby mat, or be worn by their parent. Let's navigate this exciting chapter together, ensuring strength and endurance for both your well-being and the growth of your precious little ones

I started coming here a few months ago and I love my experience here so far! Great vibe, people, and staff - very welcoming. I am a beginner at crossfit, and have been enjoying learning new skills. Coaches are great about breaking down the movement and steps. My favorite class to attend here is Joe's class butts and gutts. It's fun and he plays great music to workout to.
