Perfect for athletes who want to train 4 or more times per week and maximize their progress through consistency and accountability.
HYROX Membership (13 Classes Per Month)
Train with purpose and prepare for the demands of HYROX competition through a structured program designed to improve strength, endurance, speed, and race-specific performance. This membership combines HYROX training with dedicated recovery work to help athletes perform at their best while reducing the risk of burnout and injury.
Includes:
• 12 HYROX classes per month
• 1 Active Recovery class per month
• Race-specific strength and endurance training
• Running, sled work, rowing, SkiErg, and functional fitness conditioning
• Professional coaching and performance guidance
• Access to HYROX-focused workouts and programming
• Supportive training community and accountability
Please Note:
• Membership is limited to HYROX and Active Recovery classes only
• CrossFit classes are not included
• Additional programs and specialty classes require a separate membership or upgrade

DEAN CrossFit is located at 845 Dean Street, Brooklyn, NY 11238. Easily accessible via the Atlantic Terminal transportation hub and nearby subway lines including the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, C, and G trains.
