With Coach John:  This class is an introduction to stretches that help performance of the following modalities:

• Gymnastics

• CrossFit

• Weightlifting

• Yoga

•Parkour

Through a series of focused stretches, the goal of this class is to increase range of motion to allow for more function in your specific modality.

I started coming here a few months ago and I love my experience here so far! Great vibe, people, and staff - very welcoming. I am a beginner at crossfit, and have been enjoying learning new skills. Coaches are great about breaking down the movement and steps. My favorite class to attend here is Joe's class butts and gutts. It's fun and he plays great music to workout to.
