We offer youth programming to the populations of Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, and BedStuy. Our CrossFit Kids Instructors provide a core curriculum in strength and conditioning that is not covered in a traditional gym class. Our classes make strong use of play and fun as applied to fitness. We will run, jump, skip rope; we throw, squat, and pick things up. We play games and learn new skills. Programming is based on safe and proven movements within CrossFit’s teaching principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity. Physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, fewer sports injuries and increased cognitive function, all lead to a positive impact on children’s academic achievement. I started coming here a few months ago and I love my experience here so far! Great vibe, people, and staff - very welcoming. I am a beginner at crossfit, and have been enjoying learning new skills. Coaches are great about breaking down the movement and steps. My favorite class to attend here is Joe's class butts and gutts. It's fun and he plays great music to workout to.
