‘Butts & Guts’ 

A HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) inspired class, focused primarily on strengthening the glutes (Butts) and the midsection (Guts). 

You can expect intense workouts, alternating between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise and recovery periods.

Variations and modifications are worked into the program, to benefit both newcomers, as well as seasoned athletes.

I started coming here a few months ago and I love my experience here so far! Great vibe, people, and staff - very welcoming. I am a beginner at crossfit, and have been enjoying learning new skills. Coaches are great about breaking down the movement and steps. My favorite class to attend here is Joe's class butts and gutts. It's fun and he plays great music to workout to.
