FOUNDATION SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Are you interested in CrossFit, but don’t know where or how to start?
Prior to joining CrossFit we require all of our athletes to start with our Foundations program. Our coaches are highly trained and will guide you with a safe and proper approach to the barbell in each one of the Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting lifts. They will focus on accurate and adequate technicality and form, while also teaching you the methodology of CrossFit.
CLASSES: Our Foundations cycle is composed of 6 private or semi personal training sessions with one of our coaches. Once you complete Foundations you will have two 2 weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes added after completing Foundations.
T-SHIRT: Upon graduation of Personal Training, you will receive a Dean CrossFit T-shirt
SCHEDULE: you and your coach will be arraigning the schedule for your sessions, with morning, afternoon, and late afternoon options possible.
PRICE: $399.00 (+ tax) for 6 Small Group Training sessions + 2 weeks of unlimited Crossfit classes. You are premitted to take Butts and Guts HIIT Class.
POLICY: You must complete 6 private or semi personal training sessions and have consent from your Foundation coach before RSVPing to a regular CrossFit class.
SCHEDULE: What is your ideal training schedule? You will be paired with one of our Foundations Coaches based on the availability of you and the coach.

I started coming here a few months ago and I love my experience here so far! Great vibe, people, and staff - very welcoming. I am a beginner at crossfit, and have been enjoying learning new skills. Coaches are great about breaking down the movement and steps. My favorite class to attend here is Joe's class butts and gutts. It's fun and he plays great music to workout to.
