HUSTLE 60

FIT FAMILY,


We have on-boarded HUSTLE 60 to our indoor programming roster but what is HUSTLE 60. It's a High Intensity Training Intervals and you’ll love our Hustle program.  For the past 2 month we have offered Hustle 60 in our Outdoor Bootcamp and its proven to be lots of fun, sweat and maybe tears. If you thrive on adrenaline this is for you!  There is a series of Simple movements, simple equipment and fun short and long WODS!

Equipment:

  • DBs

  • KBs

  • Rower (or any cardio machine)

  • Medicine Ball or Sandbag

  • Skipping rope


Class Format

  • 8-12 Min Dynamic Warm UP (Coaches Choice)

  • 15-30 Min WOD

  • 10-15 Min Strength & Skill Development

    • Double Unders

    • Ring Muscles Up Progressions

    • Box Jumps

    • Rowing

    • Pull Progression

    • Kipping Progressions

      • Toes To Bar

      • Chest To Bar
