BUTTS & GUTS
‘Butts & Guts’ is a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) inspired class, focused primarily on strengthening the glutes and the midsection.
You can always expect extreme workouts, alternating between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise and less intense recovery periods.
We strengthen legs and gluteal muscles with squats, weighted lunges, and hip thrusts. The abdominals and obliques are another area of focus, utilizing plank variations, sit-ups, and Russian twists, to name a few.
Variations and modifications are worked into the program, to benefit both newcomers, as well as seasoned athletes.
